Hi Rick,

I wanted to write to tell you about my success with your jelly on corned beef. The family is still talking about it so I need MORE of the same Apple Pie Chardonnay. I started slowly boiling two corn beef roasts, juice and all. It took about 3 hours to get them fairly fork tender. I then let them cool down, trimmed all the fat so the roasts were really lean then put them on a rack, placed the rack in a 13" x 9" baking pan. Then I spread YOUR JELLY on both, sprinkled about one tablespoon on top of each and roasted them @ 250 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. About 20 minutes before serving, I turned the oven to 375 degrees and browned the tops. They looked absolutely yummy. My Mom, who doesn't care for corned beef that much, said it, was the best she has ever tasted. THE WHOLE ROOM AGREED!!!!

Thanks so much for making my St. Patrick's Day a success.
